Karenne H. Koo
Co-Founder & President
A dance artist committed to multi-disciplinary approaches to inclusive dance as community building. Certified Mettler-based Dance Educator and recipient of the 2022 J. Mare Founder's Award from Ben's Bells Project. Has conducted residencies in New York, San Francisco, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Peru.
Sabrina Geoffrion
Co-Founder, Vice President & Repertory Company Director
Holds a BS in Psychology and an MS in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Arizona. Teaches online Psychology for Grand Canyon University and is part of Mettler Studio's Teacher Training Apprentice Program. Also a Butoh dancer and childbirth educator.
Sandra O'Donnell
Secretary
Has devoted her career to eliminating structural racism and advancing social justice across state government, philanthropy, and universities. Holds a PhD from the University of Chicago. Provides grantseeking and evaluation consultation to community-based nonprofits.
Keita Tsutsumi
Curriculum Director & 504 Co-Coordinator
Portland-born, Tucson-based Japanese-American multi-medium artist with a BA in Visual Arts from Guilford College. Instructor at the Tucson Clay Co-op, Butoh dancer, and teacher of dance at multiple elder residences in Tucson.
Michelle Woodward
Director-at-Large
Holds a BS in Physics from Northern Arizona University and a Master in Educational Psychology from the University of Arizona. Course Director for Math 100 at UA, yoga instructor, massage therapist, and amateur painter working in acrylics.
Michelle Buscemi
Director-at-Large & Repertory Company Dancer
Tucson-based artist working across painting, ceramic sculpture, poetry, and dance. Utilizes Laser Art Technique (L.A.T.) for artists with limited mobility. Completed the Dancesequences Teaching Artist Training in 2023 and began mentored teaching in 2024.
Rosy Pedroza, MBA

Co-Founder and CEO of Pedroza & Hayes Accounting. MBA from Grand Canyon University, BA in Psychology from the University of Arizona. Bilingual and bicultural, with a background in behavioral health and nonprofit accounting. Graduate of Greater Tucson Leadership's Lead Tucson, Class of 2025.
Ann Reinhart
Director-at-Large
Holds a BS in Education and an Associate Degree in Nursing. Works as a Public Health Nurse Educator for women and families, with a special interest in childhood literacy. Fell in love with Modern Dance at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Carol Reinhart
Director-at-Large
Over five decades of dance experience spanning Modern, Ballet, Creative Movement, Tango, Flamenco, and Hawaiian Hula. Therapeutic Massage and Craniosacral Therapy practitioner. Co-facilitates Joyful Movement with Dancesequences at Sister Jose Women's Center since 2022.
